If you aren’t aware, Twitter was recently being DDoSed (Denial-of-service attack) by a large hacking group. I’ve seen some people say Anonymous and a few other organizations, but as of now, I’m not sure. However, this attack on Twitter made me realize something: Elon Musk is uniquely vulnerable to financial attack right now.
There is no path back to the position America once had on the global stage as long as men like Elon Musk and Donald Trump still remain within it. Donald Trump and the gangrenous infection that is MAGA will be more difficult to displace, because they are thoroughly embedded within the fabric of our government and the church, but in this moment I see a unique opportunity to cull the outsider amongst the herd.
Elon’s Biggest Weakness:
Elon Musk’s biggest weakness, believe it or not, as he is the richest man in the world, is the stability of his financials. Elon’s wealth is not based off of the profit his businesses earn, it is based on speculation, government contracts, and using his celebrity to manipulate the market. Based on economic fundamentals like number of cars produced, sold, quality control, and earnings, Tesla is a shit company. I’ve been dabbling in stocks since Tesla first blew up, and it has always been massively overvalued based on memes and Elon’s grand promises. It was also one of the first big figures in the EV market, so it absorbed most of the speculation of people looking to invest in that market. Right now, Tesla is ranked #12 in total market cap at $715 billion, far above all other car companies despite producing a fraction of the cars and making far less money. And it used to be ranked even higher before the current crash, which has wiped out nearly half of its value since December. The next closest car company is Toyota at $250 billion in market cap; for comparison, Toyota made $46.41B last year, while Tesla made $9.34B.
Similarly, Twitter (I refuse to call it X) is not profitable, has horrendous PR, and its user base is shrinking. The only solid company Elon has is SpaceX, which is entirely dependent on government contracts. Say what you want about Bezos, and I’ll take any opportunity to say fuck billionaires, but Amazon has the fundamentals to backup its value. For better or worse, Amazon revolutionized online shopping, and it is still far faster at distribution than USPS, UPS, or FedEx. It’s a hard sell to disrupt Amazon for the average person; Tesla and Twitter, on the other hand, people can easily go without. If we carefully target these two things, I think we can crater most of Elon’s wealth.
The Overall Goal of Civilian Resistance & Disobedience:
Our main goals are disrupting revenue streams, costing Elon money, and making his brand so radioactive that no person of sound mind would invest in him. Ideally, that would involve making Tesla and Twitter go under completely, because the other executives are equally complicit for not separating themselves from him sooner. Eventually, Execs and big investors will lose so much money that they too will jump ship. The message we must convey is this: Any investment in Trump, MAGA, or Elon Musk will destroy you, no matter how rich you are.
Before we go any further, dispel any notion of typical societal morality or decorum from your mind right now. We are no longer in normal times, and abnormal times call or abnormal conventions. The goal is not to be the most moral side, or to kill the billionaires with kindness; this is a war of attrition against a much wealthier and more powerful opponent. In order to win, we must use all the means and strategies we have at our disposal. Peaceful protest is great, and can work, but not without the present threat of greater consequences if the belligerent party does not acquiesce. The white-washed idea of MLK and Ghandi as men who changed the system by being “just so peaceful, and nice, and passive” is propaganda. The black panthers were the second option when peace failed. No amount of quietly holding signs in Congress, or posting black squares on Instagram, or attending 2 hour protests that don’t break any rules, which can be ignored by simply taking an extended lunch break, will ever effectively change anything. Stop falling for it.
Now, that’s not to say we shouldn’t be peacefully protesting, and you should do whatever you are most comfortable with; however, I ask that you don’t be like the white moderate that Dr. King speaks of in his letter from Birmingham jail, who agrees with the cause but denounces anything that “disturbs the peace”. Those types of people are both dreadfully naive and anti-productive.
Peaceful protest and acts of civil disobedience are a political strategy, like anything else. The goal is to make the thing you are protesting look unreasonable and oppressive in order to garner sympathy for your movement. The image of police spraying fire-hoses and sending in police dogs to viciously attack African Americans during peaceful marches made people that were agnostic to the movement much more likely to support it, and makes it difficult for the media to spin the clear injustice going on. The dichotomy between peaceful protest and precisely targeted force is essential to a successful rebellion. One side presents a civil and agreeable face, and the other does the dirty work.
It may seem silly, but can’t help but think of a verse on the song Stay Alive from Hamilton, which has sort of become my mantra for remembering the things we must prioritize as a movement:
The cavalry's not coming
Alex, listen, there's only one way for us to win this:
Provoke outrage, outright
Don't engage, strike by night
Remain relentless 'til their troops take flight
Make it impossible to justify the cost of the fight
Outrun, Outlast
Hit 'em quick, get out fast
Stay alive until this horror show is past
We're gonna fly a lot of flags half-mast
Targets:
Civil Disobedience is only effective if it publicly disrupts the thing you are targeting. We must pick our targets with care, and make sure that the message of why we are protesting that thing are clear. The reason everyone hates the Just Stop Oil activists is because their methods of protest don't make much sense and only disturb the larger public. Defacing a random piece of art may get you media coverage, but it wins you no hearts. Black activists sat in at white only establishments because that was a right they were being denied, and it was an easy visual of how unjust segregation was. Likewise, they boycotted the bus systems because they were forced to sit at the back. So far, we have been fine with this, but we need to make sure we stay on message and target accordingly. Capital buildings, Tesla factories, media companies, ICE facilities, etc. These are all good targets because they are easily connected with what we are protesting.
Here are the targets:
Tesla Dealerships
These locations are the most visual and out in the open, so they are the best place for demonstrations, graffiti, and other methods of protest
Tesla Factories
Disrupt shift changes and supply lines, but do not antagonize or attack the regular workers. They are people just doing a job.
Tesla Chargers
I wouldn’t physically mess with these too much, mostly because electricity is very dangerous, and because other EVs use them sometimes. Defacement, on the other hand, should be safe.
Cybertrucks
I’m not saying vandalize them in the wild, but cybertrucks were made after Elon went full Nazi, and anyone that has one knew when they purchased it. Also, you’ve gotta be a conceited asshole to think you need an armored truck. Other Tesla models can plausibly be excused.
Twitter Offices/HQ
Wallstreet, the White House, and the Capital Building in DC
There should pretty much be protests at these three places at all times
Peaceful Protest Strategies:
The classics: Protest outside of Tesla dealerships, boycott Tesla and Twitter, delete your Twitter account, and if you own Tesla stock, contact the board and express your concerns with Elon Musk remaining the CEO.
Strategies for the More Bold and Clandestine:
Now, I want to make it clear, I am not endorsing any of these methods, nor am I telling any of you to use them; I am simply cataloging some interesting tidbits and anecdotes that I have found, and you can do with them what you will.
Fun Fact: Putting a small rock in your shoe can change your gait enough to be unrecognizable to surveillance algorithms.
Hiding Your Identity:
Priority numero uno in a world full of cameras is concealing your identity, and erasing your digital fingerprint in a world of data and location tracking. It’s harder than ever to go without detection, but it is still possible, especially if it’s not worth the resources it takes to catch you. As shown by the case of Luigi Mangione, doing something like killing a rich person will earn you the full attention of the police force and FBI, and even then they struggled to find him; however, if Luigi committed a lesser crime (or even just killed a poor person, because the NYPD clearly doesn’t give a damn about that), he would have almost certainly gotten away with it. It is often down to how many resources law enforcement want to invest, and unless it directly involves the rich, or one of their own, there usually isn’t much effort put forth.
Wear solid, dark, and uniform colors. Make sure any distinguishing features, as well as your face, are always covered in public.
Wearing all black or other dark colors not only obscures you in the dark, it also makes it harder to distinguish individual features and depth when looking at your figure.
Things like hair and tattoos make you much easier to recognize, so cover them
Don’t carry your personal phone!
This is the most important thing. Your location data will betray you!
Get a burner phone if you really need to have one on you.
Know where there are cameras, and where there aren’t
Assume that any shopping centers, government buildings, or any strictly public areas are loaded with cameras. Neighborhoods, while less surveilled by the government, have plenty of ring cams and other personal surveillance that private citizens can turn over to law enforcement.
Hiking trails, parks, back-roads, and graveyards are the only places you can bet on not being surveilled
Use a VPN when doing research, and use encrypted messengers like Signal for anything you want to remain private
Walk and/or take public transportation
A bike is probably ideal for speed, but it does make off-road maneuverability and concealment a bit harder.
Use cash if you do use public transportation.
Only use cash for anything you use, and scratch off barcodes and serial numbers
Serial numbers can be used to track your purchases, and most super markets record customers when they are checking out.
Patience is a virtue
Impulsivity is the enemy of precision. In every aspect of life, planning is your friend.
Disrupting and Destroying the Revenue:
Unrelated chemistry fun fact: Dissolving polystyrene (styrofoam) in gasoline creates a highly flammable napalm like substance. Be wary of fumes, and don’t try this at home!
Several Tesla dealerships across the world have experienced vandalization, destruction of property, and even arson. In Seattle and France, several Tesla vehicles were burned by groups in retaliation to Elon Musk doing everything in his power to destroy the west. Clearly, they have taken notice, so expect increased surveillance around Tesla dealerships. And again, I’m not endorsing any vandalism, and I’m especially wary of arson because the fire can spread to other places. I’m simply making a few unconnected observations. Those being: Tesla’s Lithium batteries are particularly combustible and volatile; most dealerships exist in a large lot that separate them from other buildings; and most people are loathe to walk into a building with swastikas all over it. I also ask the simple question, knowing what we know about Tesla’s finances, how many destroyed Tesla’s, buildings, and chargers can the company really afford? With an already free-falling stock value, I don’t imagine many.
I do, however, encourage the continued hacking and DDoS attacks on Twitter. Those hurt no one, and Twitter is a terrible platform that is detrimental to people’s mental health anyway. I personally don’t know how to do that, but if you do, I encourage you to continue.
Stay safe out there folks, and above all else, stay alive.

Serious times indeed. No easy way through this. Thank you so much for that.
I agree. My friend said that history will view Liugi's action as the first shot in the revolution. The time has come.
